Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and vehicles
- Conduct regular patrols of the residential premises and surrounding areas
- Enforce security rules and report suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
- Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
- Assist residents and visitors courteously when needed
- Coordinate with supervisors and local authorities during emergencies
- Ensure proper functioning of security equipment and systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in security or residential guarding (preferred)
- Good communication and observation skills
- Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long periods
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
