Reservation Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a Reservation Officer to manage bookings professionally across phone, WhatsApp, email, and reservation platforms while ensuring accurate guest records, smooth seating coordination, and a polished first impression of Kalina.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive and confirm reservations through all approved channels in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate reservation logs, including guest names, contact details, party size, preferences, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with the host and floor team to optimize table allocation and service flow.
- Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages in line with Kalina communication standards.
- Monitor no-shows, late arrivals, waitlists, and table release times.
- Prepare daily reservation reports and flag VIP bookings, large groups, or special requests early.
Requirements:
- Experience in reservations, reception, customer service, or hospitality administration preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail with guest records.
- Comfort using booking software, spreadsheets, and messaging tools.
- Pleasant phone manner and strong etiquette.
- Minimum of HND
