- Monitor booking schedules and ensure accuracy of reservation records.

- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special guest requests professionally.
- Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective reservation management strategies.
- Maintain updated customer databases and reservation reports.
- Resolve guest complaints and reservation-related issues promptly.
- Train and supervise reservation staff when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality service standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience
- A minimum of a BSc
