Role: Researcher/Video Presenter (Onsite - Abuja, Nigeria)

About the Role

Bold Progress Network is seeking a dynamic Researcher / Video Presenter who can combine strong analytical thinking with a confident on-camera presence.

This is a media-facing role. The ideal candidate will not only research and develop content but will also present that content on video, delivering clear, engaging, and authoritative narratives to a wide audience.

Key Responsibilities

·      Conduct in-depth research on socioeconomic, political, and development issues

·      Analyze and simplify complex information into engaging narratives

·      Develop scripts, talking points, and structured content for video delivery

·      Present content on camera for digital and broadcast platforms

·      Deliver clear, confident, and engaging video presentations

·      Collaborate with production and editorial teams on content creation

·      Represent the organization in media appearances, interviews, and events

Requirements & Qualifications

·      Strong research and analytical skills

·      Excellent writing and communication abilities

·      Confident on-camera presence with strong video presentation skills

·      Clear diction, good voice control, and audience engagement ability

·      Experience in presenting, broadcasting, or content creation is an advantage

·      Strong organizational and time management skills

·      Ability to think critically and provide solution-oriented insights

·      Good understanding of Nigeria’s socioeconomic and political landscape

·      Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, or related field
