Job summary
The Reporting and Analytics Officer is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into accurate reports and actionable insights to support management decision-making, operational performance, and strategic planning. The role ensures data integrity, timely reporting, and continuous improvement of reporting systems.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from internal systems and external sources
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and management reports
- Develop dashboards and visual reports for business and operational metrics
- Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations
- Maintain reporting templates and documentation
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data
- Collaborate with departments to define reporting needs and performance metrics
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, IT, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights clearly
- Knowledge of databases and basic SQL is an advantage
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
