Role Description
Silverlight Expert Research Network is seeking a Remote Talent Operations Specialist to support our hiring process for experienced Sales Professionals and Appointment Setters across international markets.
This is a project-based, remote opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in sourcing and screening candidates. You will play a key role in managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
You will work closely with the hiring team to understand role requirements, timelines, and expectations while delivering qualified candidates consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach strategies
Recruit candidates from approved international markets
Conduct initial screening interviews
Evaluate candidates’ communication skills, professionalism, and sales experience
Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Maintain structured recruitment pipelines and trackers
Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring goals and timelines
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or hiring coordination
Experience recruiting sales professionals or appointment setters is preferred
Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Fluency in English (required)
Compensation
💰 $450 monthly
🎯 Target: 50 qualified callers per month
