Job summary
We are looking for a creative, high-energy digital marketing/sales executive to drive daily revenue across our digital platforms. You will be responsible for the full marketing and sales cycle: from creating eye-catching content to closing deals via DMs and direct outreach.

Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management:
- Store Operations: Efficiently upload, update, and manage product listings to ensure the shopfront is always fresh.
- Vendor Relations: Onboard new sellers and maintain daily communication regarding pricing, stock availability, and quality control.
- High-Impact Content: Design professional Canva carousels and short-form animated videos to showcase products.
- Social Selling: Execute daily promotion and direct buyer engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp to close sales.
Course & SaaS Solution Sales:
- Course Enrolment: Promote the Academy courses through targeted social media campaigns and lead follow-ups.
- Outreach: Actively pitch the company’s SaaS solutions to clients to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Lead Conversion: Manage inquiries on WhatsApp and social media, turning "interested" leads into paid customers/students.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or direct online sales.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva (specifically for carousels and animated product ads).
- Expert at navigating WhatsApp Business and social media algorithms for selling.
- Ability to work independently, manage a daily task list, and hit sales targets without constant supervision.
- Familiarity with AI video tools and productivity apps is a significant advantage.
