Job Title: Reliever Therapist (On-Call)

About the Role

MantraCare is looking for a qualified Reliever Therapist to support our onsite wellness program in Lagos, Nigeria. This is an on-call role where the therapist will cover shifts whenever a regular therapist is on leave, unavailable, or unable to attend their scheduled sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional therapy and wellness services during assigned shifts.
• Cover therapist absences on short notice when required.
• Maintain high standards of client care and professionalism.
• Follow all organizational protocols and reporting requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and uninterrupted wellness experience for clients.

Eligibility Criteria

• Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Rehabilitation Therapy, or a related healthcare field.
• Must possess a valid and updated professional practicing license.
• Prior clinical or wellness center experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on a flexible, on-call basis.

Important Requirement

Applicants must hold a current and valid professional practicing license. Healthcare and rehabilitation professionals practicing in Nigeria are generally required to maintain an active practicing license with the relevant regulatory body.
