Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for existing guests and corporate clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and a personalized guest experience.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients through calls, messages, and periodic check-ins to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat patronage.
- Coordinate with the operations and guest service teams to ensure that client preferences, feedback, and special requests are properly implemented.
- Handle client feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved to satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute guest engagement activities, appreciation events, and loyalty initiatives.
- Track client satisfaction levels and share insights with management to improve service delivery and guest experience.
- Maintain an updated client relationship database and prepare periodic reports on client engagement, retention rates, and feedback trends.
- Represent the brand professionally during client visits, meetings, or corporate events, ensuring a consistent image of warmth, luxury, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in client relations, guest experience, or customer success, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
- A polished and professional demeanor, with the ability to connect authentically with high-value clients.
