Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise the Relationship Management team to deliver on deposit mobilization and sales targets.
Drive aggressive acquisition of fixed deposits and high-value clients.
Manage a portfolio of HNIs, corporate clients, and institutional accounts for retention and growth.
Develop strategies to increase the organization’s liability base.
Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Oversee team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management.
Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and product delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as a Relationship Manager, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/team lead role.
Strong expertise in fixed deposits and liability generation.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding deposit mobilization targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong network within financial services, banking, wealth management, or asset management.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, etc.).
High level of professionalism, strategy, and commercial awareness.
