Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s online community across digital platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor online conversations and ensure positive customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints and support issue resolution effectively.
- Support online campaigns and awareness initiatives related to healthcare and hygiene.
- Track engagement trends and provide feedback to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 4 years experience in community management, customer service, relationship management, or social media engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of social media and digital communication tools.
- Ability to manage online communities professionally and efficiently.
- Experience in the healthcare, hygiene, wellness, or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 Monthly
