Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for aesthetic and skincare procedures by confirming treatment plans, consent forms, and clinical readiness.
• Assist doctors and aesthetic practitioners during non-surgical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments, promptly escalating any adverse reactions or complications.
• Maintain strict infection prevention and control practices, including sterilization of equipment and treatment areas.
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared before procedures and properly cleaned, reset, and restocked after use.
• Accurately document patient records, treatment notes, consent forms, and aftercare instructions in line with clinic protocols.
• Provide clear post-treatment care instructions and educate patients on recovery, skincare routines, and precautions.
• Monitor and document usage of clinical consumables and support stock control by reporting low or expired items.
• Uphold patient confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional conduct at all times.
• Support continuous improvement by participating in trainings, clinical briefings, and quality reviews.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
• Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) license.
• 2–3 years of post-qualification nursing experience.
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or clinic-based practice is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of infection control, patient safety, and clinical hygiene standards.
• Professional, patient-focused approach with good communication skills.
