Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and commercial performance of multiple shop branches across Lagos and FCT. The role ensures consistent brand experience, operational excellence, profitability, staff productivity, and high customer satisfaction across all locations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across designated branches to ensure consistency in service delivery and brand standards.
- Implement, operationalise and monitor SOPs for production, hygiene, display, customer service and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food, safety, health and regulatory requirements in Lagos and FCT.
- Drive operational efficiency and reduce waste to the organisation’s acceptable minimum.
- Ensure accurate cash management and reconciliation processes.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels across branches, reducing stock discrepancies, stock outs and essential product shrinkage.
- Forecast demand for seasonal and high demand periods by liaising with central production, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Lead, supervise and mentor store leads, ensuring continued and increased staff productivity and performance.
- Ensure consistent customer service experience by monitoring customer feedback across all locations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer service, Hospitality Management or any other related course.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in hospitality or Food and Beverage management.
- Strong customer service and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution ability.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced retail environment.
Working Knowledge Requirements:
- Knowledge of customer service operations within hospitality or service-driven environments.
- Strong documentation and reporting discipline for tracking customer interactions and outcomes.
- Commercial and analytical mindset
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proven experience with ERP systems to monitor and track relevant business KPIs.
Renumeration: NGN 500,000 - 600,000 monthly
