CPMS/Tecterminal is restructuring and consolidating its Business Development & Sales function across the South-East centers and the Abuja (Kubwa) center under unified Business Development leadership.
To drive this transition and accelerate revenue growth, we require the appointment of a Business Development & Sales Lead with strong commercial, analytical, and institutional engagement capability.
This is a revenue-carrying leadership role with full regional oversight.
2. Role Objective
The primary objective of this role is to:
- Drive measurable revenue growth across all assigned regions
- Establish structured sales systems and KPI governance
- Lead institutional partnerships with government agencies, universities, and corporate organizations
- Standardize pricing, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Provide strategic oversight while supporting local execution teams
The candidate must combine strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
3. Reporting Structure
Reports to: COO
Direct Oversight:
- Sales & Marketing Executives across South-East and Abuja
- Social media / PR
The role carries both strategic leadership and direct revenue responsibility.

5. Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements
- At least five (5) years’ relevant experience in business development, sales leadership, or commercial strategy
- Demonstrated experience generating and converting institutional leads
- Proven engagement with government agencies, universities, or corporate bodies
- Experience managing multi-location sales operations
Educational Qualification
- BA/BSC
- MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage
Language Requirement
- Must be fluent in spoken Igbo
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
