Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent. The Recruitment Officer will play a key role in workforce planning, talent sourcing, and candidate management while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver effective staffing solutions. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Administer pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs by building and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
  • Monitor and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Stay updated with labor laws, recruitment trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging job postings and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.


Requirements:

  • OND/HND/BSc
  • Good managerial skills
