Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients, understand their hiring needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with professionals across various industries.
- Manage the full recruitment process—from sourcing and interviewing to presenting candidates and relaying feedback.
- Sell opportunities to candidates and represent top-tier talent to clients.
- Negotiate offers and close deals that create win-win outcomes.
- You’ll be supported with training, tools, and mentorship—but you must bring the hunger to succeed. This is a role for self-starters who want to build a rewarding, high-earning career.
Requirements:
- A graduate (minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or above)
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales or customer service
- Ambitious, competitive, and eager to maximise your potential
- A strong communicator—clear, confident, and engaging
- Someone who can hold conversations with senior professionals with polish and maturity
- Resilient, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to think on your feet, handle objections, and push back respectfully
- A proactive team player who also works confidently on their own
- Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to excel
- Residing within an easy commute of Lekki, Lagos
