We are looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to support our talent acquisition and workforce placement operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities and delivering excellent client and candidate experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across business units.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure quality shortlisting.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- Develop and post job adverts across relevant platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate job offers and placements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Support onboarding processes for successful candidates.
- Ensure timely delivery of recruitment assignments within agreed SLAs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
