Recruitment Associate
Job summary
We are looking for a smart, highly organized, and analytical Recruitment Associate to join our Human Capital Consulting team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment projects while maintaining accurate recruitment data, generating insightful reports, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Draft and publish compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephone, virtual, and preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview reports and candidate assessment summaries.
- Support onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ensure all recruitment records and documentation are complete and properly filed.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation where required.
Data Entry, Analytics & Reporting:
- Perform accurate recruitment data entry into HR systems and recruitment trackers.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and talent databases.
- Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
- Track key recruitment metrics including: Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source Effectiveness, Offer Acceptance Rate, Recruitment Pipeline
- Analyse recruitment trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare presentations and recruitment analytics for management.
Employer Branding:
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Assist in creating recruitment content for social media and career campaigns.
- Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Executive Search.
- Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills
