We are seeking to hire a Recruitment Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on job criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
- Communicate effectively with candidates (emails, calls, follow-ups, status updates).
- Maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay up to date with hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Human Resources or related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in a consulting firm.
- Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Possess the ability to network and source appropriately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with ATS software.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
