We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join us.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS/database.
- Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening methods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
Work mode: Remote.
