Job summary
We are seeking a Receptionist to join us.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage room reservations using booking systems
- Confirm, modify, or cancel bookings as needed
- Ensure accurate guest records and payment details
- Process payments (cash, card, online transactions)
- Issue invoices and receipts
- Handle billing discrepancies or questions
- Maintain the front desk area clean and organized
- Keep records of room availability and occupancy
- Prepare reports for management (daily check-ins, revenue, etc.)
- Monitor access to the hotel and ensure guest safety
- Follow emergency procedures when needed
- Safeguard guest information and privacy
- Ensure guests have a pleasant stay from arrival to departure
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Promote hotel services or upgrades when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an SSCE
