Job summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and records
  • Provide administrative support such as typing, filing, and data entry
  • Assist staff and management with routine office tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Minimum of S.S.C.E
