We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, managing calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and professionally attend to visitors.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
- Keep records and update relevant databases.
- Provide information about the company's services when required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Service Representative is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
