We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage the front desk and support the daily operations of a wellness studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, scheduling, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for clients and instructors.

Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and attend to clients professionally
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
- Schedule classes, appointments, and send reminders to clients and instructors
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with client registrations, bookings, and general administrative support
- Coordinate communication between clients, instructors, and management
- Support daily studio operations and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain proper records, attendance, and basic documentation
- Carry out other administrative or support duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative is an advantage
- Must be presentable, proactive, and well-mannered
- Candidates residing on the Island or proximity will be given priority
