Job summary

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage the front desk and support the daily operations of a wellness studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, scheduling, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for clients and instructors.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and attend to clients professionally
  • Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
  • Schedule classes, appointments, and send reminders to clients and instructors
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with client registrations, bookings, and general administrative support
  • Coordinate communication between clients, instructors, and management
  • Support daily studio operations and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain proper records, attendance, and basic documentation
  • Carry out other administrative or support duties assigned by management


Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative is an advantage
  • Must be presentable, proactive, and well-mannered
  • Candidates residing on the Island or proximity will be given priority
