Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a tidy and presentable condition
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
