Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, welcome guests, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handling phone calls, managing reservations, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information about hotel services.
- Maintain guest records, process payments, and ensure a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 3 years of previous work experience in similar role
- Must be friendly, professional, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the hotel’s standard of hospitality.
