A professional and customer-focused Receptionist responsible for handling front desk operations, assisting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day hotel reception activities.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, welcome guests, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handling phone calls, managing reservations, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information about hotel services.
  • Maintain guest records, process payments, and ensure a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues promptly.


Requirements:

  • Minimum HND
  • 3 years of previous work experience in similar role
  • Must be friendly, professional, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the hotel’s standard of hospitality.
