Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of the company’s residential and commercial properties to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Convert leads into successful property sales within short sales cycles.
- Provide clients with accurate property information, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Nigerian real estate industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within short timeframes.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (added advantage).
