Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers and existing clients.
  • Understanding their preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
Property Sales:
  • Promoting and selling high net-worth properties within the company’s portfolio.
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiations.
Market Research:
  • Staying informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth.
Documentation and Follow-Up:
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of sales transactions.
  • Following up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the Ajah area and its real estate market.
  • Degree in any related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
