Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Marketer located in Lagos. The Real Estate Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract clients and investors, managing property listings, and promoting real estate services. The role involves building relationships with clients, conducting market research to identify property trends, and creating marketing materials for property promotions. The marketer will also coordinate advertising campaigns and ensure effective communication with stakeholders to drive property sales and rental activities.

• Marketing skills, including digital marketing, content creation, and strategic planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Market research and analytical skills to identify property trends and opportunities

• Previous experience in real estate marketing is a plus
