Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Real Estate Investment Advisor. The responsibilities include managing and expanding a portfolio of real estate properties, providing expert market insights, negotiating property transactions, and identifying lucrative investment opportunities. Additionally, the advisor will offer training to clients, ensuring they are empowered with knowledge of real estate trends and best practices. A key aspect of the role is maintaining client relationships and meeting sales objectives while ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Proven skills in Sales and Negotiation
- Ability to deliver effective Training and mentorship
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in real estate investment or advisory roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
