Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Patient Care and Communication:
- Greet patients and check their ID.
- Explain tests in a simple way to calm fears.
- Position the patient correctly for clear pictures.
- Check for health risks or metal objects before scans.
Operating Equipment:
- Run X-ray, MRI, CT scan, and ultrasound machines.
- Adjust machine settings for the best image quality.
- Keep machines clean and working well.
- Test images to make sure they are clear for doctors.
Safety and Treatment:
- Use shields to protect patients from extra radiation.
- Track the exact radiation dose given to a person.
- Work with therapeutic teams to give radiation therapy for cancer.
- Help doctors in the operating room with live images.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSc/ lience.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
