Responsibilities:
- Monitor customers' tickets across all departments.
- Identify delays in responses, resolution, and site visit scheduling.
- Track repeated rescheduling and lack of updates from engineers
- Monitor departmental emails and response times.
- Handle and follow up on escalations.
- Attend meetings and record minutes.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on ticket status and delays.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, QC, or ISP environment
- Familiar with ticketing systems and service workflows
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
- Good communication and follow-up ability
KPIs:
- Ticket response and resolution time
- SLA compliance
- Reduction in delays and repeated escalations
