Responsibilities:

Oversee all production activities, ensuring that luxury-level quality standards are adhered to in stitching, pattern accuracy, fabric alignment, finishing, and garment presentation.
Conduct thorough inspections at various stages: pre-production, mid-production, post-fitting, and final. Reject substandard work and ensure that corrections are made promptly.
Verify that measurement charts are accurate, ensure patterns align with client specifications, supervise fittings, and ensure alteration instructions are properly implemented.
Confirm that the correct fabrics and materials are used, check for defects, track accessory usage, and minimize fabric waste.
Manage and supervise tailors and production assistants, monitor their performance, enforce discipline, and provide training on craftsmanship and luxury finishing standards.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain defect and rework logs, and recommend improvements to production tools, workflows, and quality systems.
Maintain production schedules and quality control records. Submit weekly production reports and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, quality rates, efficiency, and waste control.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Business Manager (BM) and Managing Director (MD).
