Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria

Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000, based on experience

Work Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Saturday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee the production and quality of men's garments in a luxury tailoring environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment production, with a deep understanding of stitching, pattern accuracy, fabric alignment, and overall garment presentation. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met at each stage of production, from pre-production to final fittings. The role requires hands-on experience and leadership skills to manage the production team, improve processes, and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline.

Strong technical knowledge of men's garment tailoring, gained through hands-on tailoring experience or direct supervision of tailors producing men's attire.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent eye for detail and a passion for luxury-quality standards.

Ability to inspect, correct, and maintain high standards throughout the production process.

Knowledge of fabric and material handling, garment finishing, and alteration techniques.

Ability to improve production processes and workflows.

Good reporting and communication skills.
