Job summary
A Quality Control and Assurance (QA/QC) Manager will ensure the hospitals' services meet, or exceed, internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient experience across the hospital.
- Focusing on optimizing operational workflows, such as reducing patient wait times and ensuring the physical upkeep and safety of the facility.
- A key part of the mandate will be reputation management—actively monitoring patient satisfaction and Google reviews to drive service improvements.
- Bridging the gap between clinical protocols and administrative efficiency
- Maintain a safe, high-performing environment that earns patient trust and meets all regulatory benchmarks.
- Design, implement, and improve hospital quality standards.
- Analyze data in order to find areas for growth.
- Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
- Create reports to track progress.
- Formulate strategies to increase productivity.
- Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.
Responsibilities:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Certifications: Certifications in quality management are preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to details. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, reporting software, and Microsoft Office.
