Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist located in Lagos. The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure the reliability and quality of the platform by performing routine quality controls, overseeing quality management procedures, and guaranteeing compliance with established standards. The role involves monitoring, testing, and analyzing platform processes, conducting quality audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement necessary improvements and maintain industry best practices.

HYBRID - Twice a week in the office in Lekki Lagos. Rest from home

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
• Experience in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Ability to conduct thorough Quality Auditing and implement feedback for improvements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Solid understanding of sports betting platforms or gaming technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
