Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, standards, and testing methodologies across software projects.
• Design, execute, and document manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality, functionality, and reliability.
• Identify, track, and verify defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and support continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor compliance with organizational, regulatory, and industry quality standards for GovTech, SaaS, and Enterprise Software solutions.
• Analyze testing results, prepare quality reports, and provide recommendations to improve product performance, usability, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive quality assurance best practices, test automation initiatives, and continuous process improvements to enhance overall product quality and delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
• Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in QA.
• A master's degree is an added advantage.
• ISTQB Advanced Level Certification.
• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA).
• Certified Agile Tester (CAT).
• Scrum Master or Agile-related certifications.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (advantageous).
• Test Automation Frameworks.
• API Testing.
• Performance and Load Testing.
• Security Testing.
• CI/CD and DevOps Practices.
• Quality Management Systems.
• Defect Management and Root Cause Analysis.
• Agile and Scrum Methodologies.
• Test Management Tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
• Automation Tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman, JMeter, etc.).
