Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Dispense fuel accurately and efficiently to customers.
- Attend to customers politely and professionally.
- Operate fuel dispensing pumps safely and correctly.
- Receive and process cash, POS, transfers, or other approved payments.
- Ensure accurate recording of daily sales and transactions.
- Monitor fuel dispensing activities and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the pump area.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures.
- Report equipment faults, spills, or safety concerns promptly.
- Assist with other assigned duties when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of ND
- Previous experience as a pump attendant or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be smart, neat, responsible, and presentable.
- Ability to handle cash and basic transactions accurately.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Must be willing to work on a shift rotation.
- Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions.
- Proximity to Rumuji Choba is an added advantage.
