Role Description

The Property Lead and Sourcing Manager will oversee the acquisition and management of properties and ensure optimal utilization of the company's assets. Responsibilities include identifying potential properties for business needs, negotiating terms, maintaining relationships with property owners, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role requires market research, strategic sourcing, and driving cost-effective property solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.
Qualifications

• Strong experience in Property Management, Real Estate Acquisition, and Asset Optimization
• Knowledge of Market Research, Negotiations, and Strategic Property Sourcing
• Proficiency in relationship management and stakeholder engagement
• Understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Contract Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement cost-saving property strategies
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Prior experience in a similar role or related field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
