Job summary
The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day project site activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved timelines, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves supervising field teams, coordinating operational activities and monitoring project progress.

Site
Supervision & Execution
- Supervise daily project activities on-site to ensure adherence to approved work plans and schedules.
- Coordinate technicians, contractors, vendors, and site workers to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure project tasks are executed according to engineering drawings, specifications, and company standards.
- Monitor site progress and report status updates to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project schedules, work progress, and resource utilization.
Workforce Coordination
- Assign tasks and monitor the performance of field personnel.
- Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and work expectations.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and proper coordination among site personnel.
- Support onboarding and orientation of temporary or contract site workers where applicable.
Quality Control
- Ensure all project works meet quality standards and client specifications.
- Conduct inspections and verify installations, materials, and workmanship.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, or rework requirements and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Support quality assurance
procedures and project testing activities.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations at all project sites.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings before the commencement of daily work activities.
- Monitor the proper use of PPE and enforce safe work practices.
- Report accidents, incidents, and
unsafe conditions promptly.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and activity logs.
- Maintain records of manpower, materials used, work completed, and site incidents.
- Escalate delays, technical challenges, or operational issues to the Project Manager.
- Support documentation for project audits, inspections, and closeout.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with clients, site representatives, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
- Ensure site instructions and client requirements are communicated effectively to the workforce.
- Support site meetings and progress review sessions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
