Job Summary
We're looking for a highly organised Project Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of our projects including grants.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement activities to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment.
- Assist in developing project scope statements, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and project plans using relevant methodologies
- Apply quality management principles throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track progress, monitor risks, and identify issues proactively.
- Identify good fit grants and develop the necessary content for the grant application on time by answering questions, reviewing language, interpreting the requirements and processing submissions when required and approved.
- Coordinate quality control checks and review all grant material.
- Build and nurture relationships with grant-making organizations, Foundations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in the grant funding landscape and adjust grant-seeking strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial, programmatic, and impact data for reporting to grantors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project management within the Non-Profit Sector
- Proven experience in grant and proposal writing.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
