Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
• Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver the project on budget.
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Managing the delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of IT project management experience
• PMP, Prince2 or AgilePM
• Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills are also essential.
• Analytical skills are necessary to correctly identify risks and solve any problems that may arise throughout the project.

• Good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively

• Ensure 100% on quality for all projects.
• Achieve 5% Change Request or upselling on project bookings (%)
• Maintain a maximum of +7% project budget variance (%)
• Meet 90% SLA performance, zero escalation on the project (maximum of 5 escalations per quarter)
• Achieve an Average Project Cost Performance Index of 1 (#)
• Achieve Average Project Schedule Performance Index of 1 (#)
• Achieve Customer Satisfaction level of 90% (%)
• Achieve Project Billing Forecast Quality of 95% (%)
• Excellent reporting.
