Job summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Information Technology (IT) sector for a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring effective stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver the project on budget.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Managing the delivery of the project according to this plan.
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
- Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of IT project management experience
- PMP, Prince2 or AgilePM
- Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills are also essential.
- Analytical skills are necessary to correctly identify risks and solve any problems that may arise throughout the project.

- Good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies,

- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Key Performance Indicators:
- Ensure 100% on quality for all projects.
- Achieve 5% Change Request or upselling on project bookings (%)
- Maintain a maximum of +7% project budget variance (%)
- Meet 90% SLA performance, zero escalation on the project (maximum of 5 escalations per quarter)
- Achieve an Average Project Cost Performance Index of 1 (#)
- Achieve Average Project Schedule Performance Index of 1 (#)
- Achieve Customer Satisfaction level of 90% (%)
- Achieve Project Billing Forecast Quality of 95% (%)
- Excellent reporting.
