Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders. Develop comprehensive, realistic project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Resource & Budget Management: Estimate required resources, track utilization, and manage project allocations effectively. Monitor project budgets and assist in cost-control measures.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and motivate project team members, delegating tasks according to individual strengths and capacities. Foster a cooperative culture and keep teams aligned on targets.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, bottlenecks, or scope creep early; develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates. Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and clients.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain clean, comprehensive project documentation. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and optimize internal processes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience delivering successful projects in a [e.g., Tech, Consulting, Agency, or Corporate] environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of standard project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, Notion, or Confluence) and workspace suites (Google Workspace, MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
