Project Manager
Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology and digital transformation projects within the power sector. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-oriented professional with a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise technology delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of power sector and digital transformation projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal engineering, product, and technical teams alongside external vendors, EPC contractors, OEMs, and consultants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, utility companies, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Distribution Companies (DisCos), Generation Companies (GenCos), Transmission Companies (TransCos), Independent Power Producers (IPPs), and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, public sector policies, procurement requirements, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and executive briefings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects for public sector or government clients.
- Experience managing enterprise software implementation or digital transformation initiatives.
- Power sector experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management skills.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, SaaS platforms, and system integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
