Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with strong experience in corporate event planning and sponsorship acquisition. The ideal candidate will manage projects from concept to completion while securing sponsorships and partnerships to support event objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute corporate events (conferences, launches, executive meetings, activations, etc.)
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Drive sponsorship strategy, prepare proposals, and secure funding
- Identify and negotiate with sponsors and corporate partners
- Manage vendors, internal teams, and stakeholder communication
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
- Prepare post-event and sponsorship performance reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Proven corporate event management and sponsorship experience
- Strong budgeting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools
