Your role
In 2021 we want to start 4 projects in various countries where we can help children get our of child labour. This can be done in different ways. The main ones are by building schools and providing food. This charity is expanding and we are looking for persons who want to make a change by actually managing projects, abroad, on the ground in the 3rd world countries.
We are looking for managers who can be in charge of projects, and who are able to keep it together when things go not as planned. We are looking for people that do not quit when life gets difficult, and for people who would run the extra mile, simply because it’s the right thing to do.
Charity The Next Smile is looking for people who want to make a change by freeing children from child labour and by building schools at the same time.
About The Job

• You operate under supervision of the Director of the Next Smile. You are responsible for the job you are doing abroad.
• You will be away from home to a country (of your own choosing) when doing a project (1x a year).
• If you want, you can run the project from start to finish and create the project yourself (under supervision).
• You will be in charge of fundraising for your project (together with a team). You are also allowed to hire people to help you fundraise.
• You are allowed to make collaborations with companies and school in order to raise donations for the project.
• You will make sure you reach your goals.
• It is possible (recommended) to do this together with a partner.
• You will be operating in the name of The Next Smile.
• You will be communicating and negotiating with local businesses abroad. To buy materials to build a school.
• You are hiring and managing the workers abroad.
• The job includes being abroad from 4-8 weeks to build the school.
  

You are/have

• Disciplined
• You are doing this job to make a change, for the children.
• Fluent in English
• Goal oriented
• You have good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• You have lived abroad before
• Preferably experience in management of any kind
• Preferably sales experience
• You have the right motivation
• You can keep your cool in heated situations
• You can think out of the box when needed
