Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: ₦700,000 – ₦750,000 monthly

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with timelines, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and operational oversight capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Oversee project inspections, logistics, and resource allocation
Drive process efficiency and timely project delivery

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong experience in construction and/or real estate projects
Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and coordination
Background in structural or engineering projects is highly preferred
Experience in expediting and streamlining project processes
Knowledge of inspection and quality assurance standards
Understanding of logistics and resource management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage
