Role Description

This is a two months, on-site role as a Project Cost Engineering Facilitator, based in Port Harcourt. The facilitator will be responsible for delivering training sessions on project cost engineering concepts and practices, preparing course materials, and providing mentorship to trainees. Core tasks include developing and planning training sessions, evaluating trainees' progress, and staying updated with industry practices to ensure high-quality program delivery. The role also involves collaborating with clients to understand training needs and tailoring programs to meet their specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management and Project Planning to design, deliver, and manage effective training sessions.
• Proficiency in Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering to provide technical expertise during training programs.
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively teach and mentor participants, facilitate discussions, and address trainee concerns.
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment.
• A thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices in project cost engineering.
• Relevant certifications or experience in cost engineering, engineering, or related fields is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines is preferred.
