We are seeking a Project Control Manager (PCM) to join our Project Management team and support the successful delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects. This role will focus on managing and controlling project schedules, costs, risks, and changes across various telecom engineering scenarios such as base station construction, transmission networks, data centers, and private network projects.

The ideal candidate will serve as a central planning and control point for telecom projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project schedules and planning frameworks for telecommunications projects using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.

- Break down complex telecom projects into structured plans using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Critical Path Method (CPM) to ensure effective project tracking and execution.

- Monitor project progress and control costs related to equipment procurement, construction activities, and site leasing.

Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) and other performance tracking methods to evaluate project efficiency and identify schedule or cost deviations.

- Identify potential project risks such as site acquisition delays, equipment delivery issues, and network cutover risks, and develop proactive mitigation plans.

- Coordinate closely with telecom operators, construction teams, and equipment suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation.

Support network commissioning, cutover planning, and project delivery milestones.

- Prepare accurate project reports, performance dashboards, and status updates for internal management and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

✔ Minimum 3+ years of experience in project planning, project control, or project management within the telecommunications industry.

✔ Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure projects such as base station deployment, fiber transmission, core network integration, or data center projects.

✔ Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

✔ Good knowledge of project cost structures and budgeting processes in telecommunications engineering projects.

✔ Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar project performance monitoring techniques.

✔ Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors.

✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced telecom project environment with multiple project sites and tight timelines.
