Project Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, designs, specifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant building regulations, standards, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Review construction work and provide architectural guidance where required.
• Identify and resolve design and construction-related issues.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Participate in site meetings, inspections, and project reviews.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience working in an architectural firm.
• B.Arch or equivalent qualification in Architecture.
• Professional registration/certification will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and project documentation.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, etc.
• Good understanding of construction processes and building regulations.
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
